  • WHAT DOES SENIOR LIVING EXACTLY MEAN?
    Senior Living generally comprises of an assortment of living choices, such as independent living and assisted living. At Allora Senior living we focus on assisted living, specifically RCFE (Residential Care for Elderly) / Board and Care, where the resident may need assistance with virtually all daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and other essential daily activities in a homelike environment.
  • HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO LIVE AT ALLORA SENIOR LIVING?
    Pricing can vary based on several different factors as there is no one price that fits all. Please contact us so we may determine if there is a fit and what options we may have moving forward.
  • IS LIVING AT ALLORA SENIOR LIVING TAX DEDUCTIBLE?
    You may be eligible for certain deductions on your tax return. Please consult with a tax professional for more information.
  • ARE THE BEDROOMS FURNISHED?
    Yes, all bedrooms are fully furnished to suit each room so you are able to move right in with ease.
  • WHAT IS YOUR STAFF TO RESIDENT RATIO?
    One of the many benefits of choosing a smaller facility is that the staff to resident ratio is significantly enhanced, generally we strive for a 1 to 3 ratio with staff to residents, unlike larger facilities where the ratio is typically 1 to 15.
  • WHAT TRAINING DOES THE ALLORA SENIOR LIVING STAFF RECEIVE?
    All staff are First Aid/CPR certified and screened by the California Department of Justice. Additionally, our experienced staff completes a fully comprehensive training to excel in their duties of providing the best care to all the residents.
  • HOW ARE THE MEDICATIONS HANDLED?
    We partner with a local pharmacy which provides medication for all the residents on a consistent scheduled basis.
  • WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF MY HEALTH CARE NEEDS CHANGE?
    As an assisted living facility we are able to accommodate most non medical residents needs, however if the situation arises where we are no longer able to accommodate the resident, we would look into making arrangements to transfer the resident to a facility that can better suite their needs.
  • WHEN CAN MY FAMILY COME VISIT ME?
    Families may come visit their loved ones at anytime, though we ask loved ones to please try to come during normal business hours.
  • WILL DOCTORS VISIT ME IN THE FACILITY?
    Yes, we partnered with a variety of House Call Doctors to come visit the facility on a reoccuring basis. In the case where the resident may need to travel outside of the facility, we can make the appropriate transportation arrangements.
